We offer a group training experience that will not only be fun, but in conjunction with proper nutrition will dramatically reduce your body fat and build strength, stamina and confidence. All recent scientific studies have shown that strength and conditioning training done at high intensity is the most effective method to build muscle and burn fat. The days of the ‘one size fits all’ boot camp are over. At Hanks Fitness we customise our sessions based on the participants fitness levels and goals.
